Spray Tan Services

All spray tan services are non-refundable once completed.

If you are unsatisfied with your tan, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the concern.
Packages & Memberships

Packages (such as multi-session plans) are non-refundable once purchased.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Unlimited tanning memberships are valid only within the set time period and cannot be refunded, paused, or extended once activated.
Training Programs & Student Equipment

Training fees are non-refundable once training materials or sessions have been provided.

Spray tan equipment or products purchased through KajaGlow may only be returned if unopened and unused, within 7 days of purchase.

If shipping is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Cancellations & No-Shows

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a deposit for future appointments.
